A couple of weeks ago I introduced you to a great group of junkers Donna of Funky Junk Interiors gathered to pin to a new board she started called JUNKERS UNITED.  If you missed it, you can visit that post HERE.

Today we want to introduce you to an amazing collection of our favorite FALL junk ideas...
It's a little "Fall Junk Potluck" :)
And here is what I am bringing to the party...

Chipping with Charm: Junky Cornucopia Fall Vignette http://chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

I was originally just going to show you this rusty cornucopia spilling with gourds.

Chipping with Charm: Junky Cornucopia Fall Vignette http://chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

I have no idea what this "mystery junk" started out as...but with the addition of some "bountiful" embellishment...it became a fun addition to my fall table.

Chipping with Charm: Junky Cornucopia Fall Vignette http://chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

I wasn't getting the photos I wanted inside...so I brought it outside.

Chipping with Charm: Junky Fall Vignette Wash Tub Table http://chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

And plopped it on my re-purposed washtub table...

Chipping with Charm: Fall Outdoor Vignette Chicken Warmer turned Arbor http://chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

...under our new "chicken warmer turned garden arbor".

(That clever tin bunting was purchased from a booth at the Junk Bonanza is September...I can't take claim to that idea, but I love it!!)

And that is how my "Rusty Cornucopia Vignette" came to be :)

Mini Mold Pumpkins...inspired by Organized Clutter...

Chipping with Charm: Mini Mold Pumpkins...http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

Chipping with Charm: Organized Clutter's Mini Mold Pumpkinsh
Have you seen these little jello mold pumpkins by Carlene at Organized Clutter??  I was "in love" from the moment I saw them.

Chipping with Charm: Bundt Pan Pumpkin Wreath...http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

You might remember that I too enjoy turning random things into pumpkins. I think Carlene and I are are cut from the same junk "mold"...pun intended ;)

Bundt Pan Wreath and MORE :)

Chipping with Charm: Mini Mold Pumpkins...http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

I just couldn't resist making a "few" for the booth.  And can you believe I used all things I had "on hand"??

Chipping with Charm: Mini Mold Pumpkins...http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

I had an assortment on molds in my stash.

Chipping with Charm: Mini Mold Pumpkins...http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

Some I lightly painted and distressed.

Chipping with Charm: Mini Mold Pumpkins...http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

The stems were some plastic knobs I had purchased a while back at IKEA...just in case.  They came in handy in an unexpected way.
I used Gorilla Super Glue to adhere them to the top.  (I only used molds with a plain top...no bumps or JELLO for a better seal)

Chipping with Charm: Mini Mold Pumpkins...http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

When the glue dried, I wrapped the knob with twine and tied on a little button/mini leaf combo for embellishment.  Then I twisted in a little rusty spring remnant.  I knew I save those for a reason!!

Chipping with Charm: Mini Mold Pumpkins...http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

So what do you think?  Does it look like a pumpkin?

Chipping with Charm: Mini Mold Pumpkins...http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

Here they are all marked and ready to head to our booth at ANTIQUES DOWNTOWN.

Thanks Carlene for another clever idea!!  If you like this...you'll have to check out her other fun JUNK PUMPKINS and her adorable little POT LID SNOWMAN.  Cute, cute, cute :)

Fall Centerpiece...yardsticks, gourds and a touch of aqua...

Chipping with Charm: Fall Centerpiece...http://chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

Mind if I share just a couple more fall ideas this week?  We will be decorating our booth for CHRISTMAS next week...so I'll need to "switch gears" here a little bit...

Chipping with Charm: Fall Centerpiece...http://chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

...but before I do that I want to cherish my favorite season for a few more days.

Chipping with Charm: Fall Centerpiece...http://chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

I haven't shown you my Fall centerpiece.
I just can't resist layering a few yardsticks into most of my vignettes these days.

Chipping with Charm: Fall Centerpiece...http://chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

And those rustic fence pieces add the perfect bit of "imperfection" :)

Chipping with Charm: Fall Centerpiece...http://chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

A mix of gourds...real and "faux"...and some mini globes for fun.

Chipping with Charm: Fall Centerpiece...http://chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

I thought the "ribs" on the tarnished silver pieces looked "pumpkin-ish" as well.

Chipping with Charm: Fall Centerpiece...http://chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

A little pop of aqua with this lamp shade cloche.

So here's my Great Room dressed in it's Fall "finest" :)

Chipping with Charm: Fall Centerpiece...http://chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

So how about you...are you still "relishing" Fall??
I'm not quite ready to think Christmas/Winter...but when you sell retail you really have no choice.  Hop on the "sleigh" or you might miss it :)

Layered Fall Door Decor...junkers version of a "wreath"...

Chipping with Charm, Layers of Fall Door Decor via http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

You might already know that I love unique wreaths for my front door.  They can be round...but they don't have to be.

Chipping with Charm, Layers of Fall Door Decor via http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

Here is what I came up with for Fall this year.

Chipping with Charm, Layers of Fall Door Decor via http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

I started by attaching a few license plates together with twine.

Chipping with Charm, Layers of Fall Door Decor via http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

I took the belt off of this tool belt...and added some more twine to hang it.

Chipping with Charm, Layers of Fall Door Decor via http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

That "straw" is a hand broom.

Chipping with Charm, Layers of Fall Door Decor via http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

Tucked in a silver "server" and clipped on some fall leaves...I "ENJOY" fall.  Can you tell?

Chipping with Charm, Layers of Fall Door Decor via http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

That little pumpkin fit into the "hammer holder" perfectly.

Chipping with Charm, Layers of Fall Door Decor via http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

And finished it off with some button magnets and book page embellishments.

So that's what hanging on my door these days...layers of fall junk goodies.

Thanks for stopping by!

Junkers Unite with a Junky Memo Station, a Pin Board and a Linky Party!

Chipping with Charm: Kraut cutter turned turned memo station...http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

I am so very excited about all the things I get to share with you today!!
Chipping with Charm Blog...Laurel

A while back Donna of Funky Junk Interiors gathered a group of some of my favorite "junkers" to pin to a new board she started called "Junkers United".  Today we wanted to introduce you to that amazing collection of our favorite junk ideas...and to do that we each came up with a new project to share with you to "kick" it off in Junk Style :)

So here's what I came up with...

Chipping with Charm: Kraut Cutter to Memo Station via http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

A primitive kraut cutter turned junky memo station.

Chipping with Charm: Kraut Cutter to Memo Station via http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

Did you recognize this?  I believe that box in the middle would hold the cabbage in place and the person would slide it side to side to slice it for kraut.  To me it looked like the perfect little shelf for a funky "Memo Station".
Chipping with Charm: Kraut Cutter to Memo Station via http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

First, we screwed on this perfectly crusty hinge to hold the shelf in place.

Chipping with Charm: Kraut Cutter to Memo Station via http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

Nice little spot for a few "necessities".

Chipping with Charm: Kraut Cutter to Memo Station via http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

The background/blade is magnetic...the perfect spot to hold messages, photos...whatever.

Next we added some chippy little hardware "accessories".  Some functional...

Chipping with Charm: Kraut Cutter to Memo Station via http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

...and some just for fun.

(That little magnet is a round piece of wood painted with chalkboard paint.  I used a chalk pen and little stamps to add the word...which could easily be changed based on "function".  In this case it holds a picture of my dad and most of his family...one baby brother yet to come.  My dad is the cutie on the far left.)

Chipping with Charm: Kraut Cutter to Memo Station via http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

Chipping with Charm: Kraut Cutter to Memo Station via http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

If you knew where this was going to "live" you could probably screw it right to your wall.  But since I like to move things around A LOT...we added this hinge to the back for hanging.
Chipping with Charm: Kraut Cutter to Memo Station via http://www.chippingwithcharm.blogspot.com/

Works great!

So there it is living its "new life" at my house.  I just love the rustic wood with the aged metal.  It makes me HAPPY :)
