Spring "Greens"...

It's a warm beautiful day here in Minnesota.  Gets me thinking "green" :)

I bought this fern stamp at the thrift store this winter...

Add a little green paint and some old book pages...and you've got yourself some "Spring Greens".

The addition of some real fern leaves adds a little "fresh" fun.

And tucked them in...

...here...

...there...

...and EVERYWHERE ;)

That's it for my "Spring Decorating" inside...can't wait to get out to pretty up my junk outside :)

Hope you are having a great week so far!

  1. That's cute. I like the old light socket thingie. Took me a while to figure out exactly what it was. Can't wait to see what you're doing outside. I need some good gardening junk ideas.

  5. I really like this, Laurel! I found a really old dictionary at a yard sale this weekend, and I might have to do something like this.

  6. I like how you take things that are worthless like papers from a old book and put some color onto it and make it art. I just love the creativity you have. It's really a gift.
