I received so many nice comments on my "fish basket turned mannequin" in my last post that I decided she "deserved" her own post...

One thing I didn't show you was this hook rack she is hanging on...

I just used Amazing Goop glue to attach glass insulators to an old (non-working) lamp base.
Works great for light weight clothes and accessories.

  4. Well, I liked her when you I first saw her...but I truly enjoy the close ups! Imagine the possibilities!
I saw a woman at the flea market making a deal on one of these and instantly thought of you. I over heard her conversation and she saying how they could always use another one for 'cat-fishin' ...blech! I don't think that is something I'd ever say.
However... you might hear me say something like...Oh! I need one of these to hang in the craftroom! And play dress up with! Yeah! You might hear me say that.

  5. She did deserve her own spotlight for sure. Love how the scarfs accentuate her "bustline" :)

  6. You know, I've been thinking that a floor lamp would make a great clothes tree...I like your idea of the insulators on it!
