A Leg Up...

That is...a garden table leg, "up" on my wall...


This was one of my first (and favorite) repurposing ideas.  My husband found these legs stashed in the garage and basically said we need to do something with them or get rid of them.  So I had to think fast :)


So up they went...


On either side of this ice box in the entry.  My "in-laws" gave us the cool refinished ice box...so it's only fair that they got the other 2 table legs right?  Fair trade??? ;)

(They make a great spot to feature Hinge Frames with the pics of my little cuite pies :))


A little rust here and there is always a good thing in my book.


Kept it simple by just adding a couple of "jaw" hooks to the back.  Nice and easy...just my style!

Much better on my walls than in the garage don't you think?  I do :)  Or under a table...huh, imagine that? ;)

    Laurel this is a great idea! Your garage sounds like mine... there are a lot of things I should be getting rid of... Maybe I'll hang them on the wall LOL!

    OMGosh I screamed when I saw this! That is the best idea ever. I have seen cool legs around but never knew what to do with them. I am just giddy about this one. Love how they look!
