Cool Junk, Good Friends and tons of happy shoppers...equals a huge success for the first Flea Market Under Glass event!
Here are just a few photos I thought I would share. I wish I would have taken more but this will give you a "taste" what went on last weekend here in Minnesota :)
Here's my friend Lanette of Cottage Elements with her super cool fan. Lucky we took this picture, because that chippy, rusty and wonderful fan went to a new home...wish it was mine :)
And my friend Gretchen of Mimi-Toria's and my new friend Karla posing in Gretchen's booth full of wonderful re-designed jewelry pieces.
The place was hopping on Saturday when I worked...Marge of Emma's Nook and Granny looks happy doesn't she? ;)
Marge shared a booth with the famous Farkle Sisters of Junk Redefined and across from Cheryl of Junk Devotion. Looks like a happening place doesn't it?
Such a fun event...thanks Sue Whitney, Junk Market Style for all of your hard work and creativity! I was honored to be included! And rumor has it there is another one in the works for fall...I'll let you know when I know more :)
PS...wanna meet some new friends??? I know I do! Join in on the fun over at Making the World Cuter. She's have a "Follow Along" party. Fun huh? Go check it out :)
Ugh! I knew I shoulda went! Drool....

Great pictures!! Hanging out with junkers certainly is a whole bunch of fun. Awesome shoppers, too!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great show! I had hoped to make it, but ended up babysitting grandchildren... maybe next time! Thanks for sharing your photos!
ReplyDeleteSo fun to see you at the show Laurel. Your creations were/are beautiful and I need to figure out where I put the one I bought of yours. :)
ReplyDeleteLove your blog post too. You have some great photos.

Oh, Laurel how fun! Some of my favorite junkers! And very cool merch! I love the story you told about your child's heart shirt, how sweet!

Looks just like Junk Bonanza and you know how much I love that! And the pillow with the huge ruffle is to. die. for. A tutorial on that would be so welcomed! (hint! hint!)
