You might remember from a previous post...SEEING ANGELS...that random things at this house seem to come together to form angels.
And I'd had a little stash of old clothes pins hanging out just waiting for their "transformation". So the other day when my "littlest charmer" said "Mommy, can we make something?" We pulled them out and started to play...
Here's what we started with...
She sorted for round keys...aka halos...while I super glued.
Then we let them sit to dry...the hardest part for an almost 4 year old :)
Then we tore the sheet music into quarters and folded the papaer accordian style. I say "we" because "she" supervised.
Then folded them in half to find the middle.
Then we used glue dots to attach the wings to the body...
...on both sides.
Secured it with a little twine.
Added another glue dot to each side to "fan" the wings.
And there you go...another easy little angel.
She was pretty proud of herself...my little junky artist in training :)
Thanks for visiting...see you at the parties this week...
