We've been enjoying all of the fun fairy gardens out there.
So I decided it would be fun to put a quick one together for a centerpiece. I used all things I had on hand...
This chippy wood tote only looks old. I bought it at Home Goods a couple of years ago. I still love it.
I had a couple of different kinds of moss left over from other projects. I used both for fun texture.
These glass insulators looked like mushrooms to me. I put some crumpled book pages inside.
Can you see my little junky fairy in there?
Just some random bits and pieces glued and tied together.
Her "house" is just a Ball jar with an enamel lid on top.
The plates were just tucked in for "flowers".
I love how it looks out on my rustic PALLET PERCH...
...BUT, this is definitely an indoor centerpiece. I plan to put it on my dining room table...as soon as I finish up a couple more projects that are taking up that space :)

My kids say they are "happy/sad" about the last day of school today. I know just what they mean. I remember that feeling, don't you? Excited for long sunny days without homework...but sad to say goodbye to their teachers and friends. It's been a great year!
Happy Summer,
Very clever little fairy! Love your tote!
