Chippy Sconce Repurpose...


I've had these perfectly chippy cream sconces for a while now...


I cleaned the wires out and they've been holding candles like this...and frankly I was bored with the candle.  I never really lit them anyway because they didn't really feel very safe.
So what I came up with was this...as easy as...


One...


Two...


Three.


Here they are all hanging together...I love how they are all similar, but different.  We used sheet-rock screws to old them in place.  As you know, those glass insulators are pretty heavy.


Ahhh...much better, don't you think?

  11. I just saw this on Thrift Thursday and stopped in my tracks! I really love these sconces, so simple and sweet. MUCH better than the candle. Now, I need to hunt for some chippy sconces for myself! Good Work!
